I was recovering from an injury to my back and experienced a lack of flexibility before starting with Kinstretch. I noticed an increase in my flexibility and less kinks in my body in the morning after just a few classes. I felt I wouldn’t be able to do a lot of the exercises until I was actually doing them, and Greg gave alternative ways of accomplishing any which were too difficult. Greg communicates well, and walks around the class to ensure everyone is doing the exercises properly. He is a great instructor, full of knowledge and patience!
Being not athletically inclined, I was worried that Kinstretch would be way outside my comfort zone. The straightforward exercises with impact that scaled to my body helped to boost my confidence to continue. Seeing improvement right away in the class was super encouraging. Thank you, Greg, for leading me to a new way of thinking.
I love all the classes I have attended! I love when Greg teaches us to push our limits (but only when we are comfortable), and also teaches newbies how to position ourselves to make the exercises the most effective. There were challenging exercises that were difficult to achieve, but with Greg’s guidance I was able to push myself. He is very informative and clear with instruction with great energy! I look forward to more classes!

New 1-on-1 Mobility Training clients will require an initial assessment to establish your goals, and also to set baselines by which we can mark progress. The assessment takes roughly 1 hour.
