My name is Greg Raymond, and welcome to Aggregate Agility — helping you to explore practices in movement and strength with an individualized approach. I am a Functional Range Strength Coach and Kinstretch Certified Instructor, offering individual and group training services from an internal perspective — starting from the performance of the joint and working outwards from there.
I am always seeking to expand my knowledge and ability in the realm of body control; through this, I not only develop a better understanding of my own body in space, but I will also be of better service to the growth of those around me.
I offer individual Mobility and Strength Training Services In-Person in Vancouver, BC, Canada. I also offer Kinstretch classes both in Vancouver, BC and Online. I am a student of movement and an athlete, practicing the game of freestyle footbag – a high intensity expression of movement, and an international sport.
